Kimchibytes began in 2012 and no, it’s not all about Korean food. It’s a blog that allowed its original content contributor, Brent Sheffield, and others to share their opinions about their time living and working in South Korea. “Expats or Koreans are welcome to contribute articles or share their thoughts on Kimchibytes,” Brent encourages. “Kimchibytes does not stand for any particular point of view. It’s simply intended to be a sounding board for people to share their thoughts about living in Korea.”
Six years later (and a return back to America for Brent), the next part of the adventure is being led by Ashley Charlton Griffin, a 30-something YouTuber by the name of “Multifacetedacg,” while she experiences living and working in Daegu, South Korea. Ashley’s bringing along for the ride a team to bring more posts and info about life in Korea, too!
